She told me it was easy and that I didn’t need her to do it anymore. I’m thankful for Turbo tax for being simple and yet also offering help.

I didn;t have to type long answers or risk entering the wrong info for most of the questions. Turbo Tax knew what my W-2 info was by using Character recognition on my W-2 that I uploaded!
