I engaged with the Live Tax Experts and she was extremely helpful, professional and answered all my questions in a quick and efficient manner!! Would highly recommend and will use again next year!!

Because the state claimed the routing number from turbo taxes partner was in error. Perhaps they were forced to include me for a glitch resubmission but it felt like a waste of my time.
