Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax made it easy I have used e-file for the past few years, but they have decided to start charging to file online. I switched over to TurboTax because it was free. The whole process was easy. A live agent was available to chat if help was needed. Overall, great experience!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 30 minute file!! I began with TurboTax because finding paper books was getting frustating. Once I found TurboTax, the system holds my info, fills in the forms. all I did was insert numbers (but you can use image too). this year took 30 minutes start to finish. So much better than doing it on paper, etc. etc. Good folks here.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use I have been using this for a few years now. It is very easy and user friendly. The easiest of tax programs I have tried. It retains my information from the previous year and even imported this years W-2 info.

I did have a question about my state return, and was on the phone over an hour without getting an answer. The lady I spoke to was great though! She was having a hard time getting answers from who she reports my questions to.
