Rated 1 out of 5 by from Neveragain2023 I had much difficulty understanding the process with this software. I had to submit and resubmit my tax forms over 8 times. The software prompts different commands, and does not tell the Taxpayer where to locate the amounts, nor does it assist in any manner. I may have submitted the same amount over and over, but was never told how to do it correctly.
