I have been filing with turbotax for 7 years now and the customer service is excellent. They are friendly, located within the continental U.S. and quick to respond. You don't have to listen to a bunch of phone prompts before speaking to a real person.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Hidden Fees You state that TurboTax is free for a basic form, then at the end it says you owe over $100.00! Then it's hard to go back and fix it, and then you go back and nowhere it says it's free...so you end up paying. Not fair.

Thank you ssooo ssoo much. If there is any opportunity to promote this amazing human id say do it!!! All ther Love Benny
