Rated 5 out of 5 by from Crazy easy I had used a volunteer from AARP the last 3 years because I thought Turbotax charged you. Well I made an appointment but can't wait a month, so I did my taxes on TurboTax and it was so easy, it was crazy!! Just make sure you have time to do it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bugs in SE version, 1-star for tech support Issues caused when downloading info from Uber, could not download info from Lyft, errors on return showed up during review. Spoke to advisor, they said it is a known issue. After getting federal right and doing the state return, items were added to the federal return from last year that were previously deleted from the return. Intuit Advisor witnessed this and said I would need to talk to tech support. Tech support got back to me 1 1/2 days after I was told they would, they claimed I was the first to report any of those issues and that none of them are known problems. They said that if I didn't think it was correct, I should go through a CPA instead of using TurboTax. Absolutely POOR customer service from the technical support department.
