Other software providers are adding more valueThere are other providers providing a larger range of products (e.g. Estate Taxes for the Trustee to submit), and at a lower cost (e.g. TaxAct). An on top of that, to have my return rejected because of a software, delaying my return and money back? That's not worth the premium. Asking me to twice to deny the upgrade is also unlike Turbotax of the past, and with large, red text. Is high pressure really the way Turbotax is going? Reminds me of Timeshare companies - not a compliment.
