Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very upset returning user I've used turbo tax for YEARS and I've never had an issue or had to pay over $50. This year, I was charged $150+ for their 'services,' yet my tax return STILL was rejected. They have my info on file- don't use it. They charge out the wazoo for nothing. I set up my taxes so I don't owe money and for the last 3 years with turbo tax, I've owed the federal government money, meanwhile, if I cross-check with other platforms, I GET MONEY BACK! Literally the worst software ever. This is the last time I file with them- awful product, and I will NOT be using them ever again.

If my small side income is not even $2k why does it need to be such a different nightmare every year? print 25 pages? this same thing was done on like 6 not that long ago without the ever sharply spiking fee..
