Rated 5 out of 5 by from Online Turbo Tax is great/download version not This year I thought I would save money and bought Turbo Tax from Amazon. Clunky, hard to navigate--a vastly inferior product. Used only for daughter's simple return as filing was cheaper. Weird technical glitch though when I went to pay--credit card expiration date only had 11 months not 12 a options which took 48 minutes on the phone to resolve. Staff was great. Went back to online for ours. Very helpful and straightforward. No glitches in a complicated return
