Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everyone was amazing I don`t normally do reviews even though I am someone who relies on them heavily when purchasing anything but I have nothing but amazing things to say about Michael, Barbara, and everyone else who helped me. This year was my first year filing as an independent and also had a few unique tax things but Michael was an incredible help talking me through it all and getting the best outcome. Unfortunately, he got covid and was out, so Barbara stepped in but the same for Barbar. She continued the amazing service, got the return done quickly and answered any questions I had!!

Turbotax was very helpful in getting me a nice refund; however, my AGI did not match up with my 2020 return- I don't know why, because I put down down the number that is on my return. It's taken me more hours to figure out how to correct this, since I have to also make adjustments to my state return since I now have to receive my state refund by check. But since I already paid for it, I am committed to follow through with it. Am undecided as to whether I will use it again next year and don't feel comfortable in recommending it to anyone at this time. Very helpful and at the same time very frustrating.
