I have used TurboTax for many years and love the product, however the process to just download the software I had already purchased was cumbersome and required multiple reroutes. Why do I need 2 different login screens just to download software I already own. Make the process easier for this and you would see 5 stars.

But on mobile, I ran into many problems trying to even communicate with my expert or open the app. I would continuously find myself unable to launch the mobile application, and when I am paying 100$ for a service, it's kind of a waste.
