Rated 2 out of 5 by from Crypto Section is a Pain Usually very good experience, but the crypto section does not work well at all. Followed all directions, but things still did not match up, and descriptions in the help area did not match form precisely.

An when i tell you, I won't go back into another place of business to do my taxes, then I mean that. I saved approx $200, prob more, by using turbo tax. An the best part of all is that turbo tax stop has experts there to help wen you need it just like the walk in places. WAT TO GO TURBO TAX!!! YOU MADE THIS FILING BETTER THAN ALL THE PREVIOUS YRS IF FILING TAXES.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is often confusing and not very clear I found errors that were difficult to fix. Had to resort to getting help on three occasions. One person had no idea how to fix my return. The final "tax expert" I used was good, but a bit hard to understand.
