Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing How TurboTax Works TurboTax has been delivering year after year for me. I depend on its question and answer style, with an option to get more background on each step. I advise my friends to upgrade to the Live Premier level to get access to a CPA because it is highly likely you will run into questions that are specific to your situation. I have found the live help to be consistently good.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not great Had a problem with State, got rejected. Walked through Turbo instructions but impossible to navigate to problem section, which required in order to fix! No one to email or text or phone for help. Very, very disappointed.
