Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very good - for free Grateful to file for $0. Thank u! Lots of signing back in and out. Could b my phone's fault though. On line chat with rep and screen sharing was super helpful. First time user. Was frustrating and scary but will use again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax has some problems There was an additional screens when installing the came up blank. (Inputting License Code). Was able to guess where to click on the screen to type it in and where to click OK. Was not fun trying to get past that screen. Running Windows 10. Also, it was quite challenging trying to find my AGI form last year. Trying to set up an account on the irs website did not go good at all. After about an hour of trying I finally gave up, and after 2 more hours of searching I was able to find last years return.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from makes things so easy TurboTax takes most of the stress out of doing my taxes. TurboTax walks me through step by step. Using TurboTax is free for my federal and state taxes, that's SO MUCH better than what I USE TO pay to have them done.
