Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax help seems to be a dud this year I engaged with about 4 people. I needed help navigating a form, but the person only defined terms in it and didn't help more than that. It's kind of a complicated form, and I already knew what those terms meant. Anyway, most kind of just seemed this time like they didn't really know what they were doing which is totally different from my experience last year. The lady after him informed me that I was actually filling out the wrong form. She was sweet. Fast forward, I was charged a lot this year at the end and I didn't know why. The first person I asked gave me a partial answer but wasn't really sure, so they tried giving me a discount but the code didn't work. The next guy I asked didn't know. I sort of fed him a possible answer and he latched onto that. He didn't really care much about helping me find another discount code that might work instead. I paid the full amount that I was confused about while feeling like I could pretty easily take one of their places in their job. I've been using this product for years, and this was the first year I felt this way. Honestly, I don't know if I will be back. I could be because this is the only year that I was this frustrated, but this experience makes me want to explore more options next year.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from At least they are done Fees have gotten to hig Had a massive mistake on last years taxes that were not caught until the IRS caught them, costing me a large portion of my refund. Went back in to Turbo Tax and amend the return and had no success. Somehow my wages got put on twice showing I made double the actual income and negating my stimulus payments.
