Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy Fairly easy until the end. On the state form the end had a form that didn't make any sense at all and no explanation. And to get updates on the status of my returns it only had a box to check for mobile. The phone number under that box was my landline. There was no box beside email. I do not use my cell phone. I only use it for emergencies. I can't get a text on my landline. I would have preferred an email but there was no way to choose that option.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Excellent!!! Turbo Tax is very simple/easy to use. It takes you through every step needed to make sure you get the best refund possible. It is easy to navigate. If you need to review your prior tax return it is easy to access. I have been using Turbo Tax for the last 3 years and it continues to be a great resource for me.

There was a point where I could not file the state because my state wasn't up to date with their system. Intuit contacted me by phone in 1 minute and stayed on the phone for almost an hour to help me. Incredible kind and intelligent.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Makes It Easy!!!!!!!!!!! Turbo Tax has been my go to for a few years now and I have to say the ease of filing takes the headache out of it all. Fast filing and no hassle with the direct deposit.
