THIS IS MY VERY FIRST TIME USING TURBOTAX AND I HAVE TO ADMIT IT WAS NERVE WRECKING, I THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO BE MORE COMPLICATED THEN WHAT I HAVE HEARD, BUT TO MY SURPRISE IT WAS SUPER SIMPLE AND EASY. I MAY CONSIDER DOING MY TAXES FROM HERE ON WITH TURBOTAX.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Toni's Turbo Tax 2021 I decided to use Turbo Tax after years of going through (and paying through the nose) for a professional CPA. Although I liked my CPA, my financial picture changed recently due to retiring, spouse's death, etc. In short, my income has been greatly reduced, and I wanted to do my own taxes. Turbo Tax made everything easy. And when it turned out I was getting a higher refund than I'd gotten in recent years, a Turbo Tax associate worked with me to review things and compare to last year's return. He put me at ease and let me know that because I retired and because of my age and lower income, that the refund owed me was legit.
