Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple and Easy The help bar and prompts are easy to understand and navigate. It takes me step by step through and even tells me where to find documents if I'm missing them. I can usually do it all in under and hour and I have no idea what I'm doing without TurboTax. Makes it easy and simple every year.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty good Been using TurboTax for years. So far it seems like this recent version has been one of the best and smoothest experiences so far. The only gripe I have is under the trading section for stocks/crypto/etc... When trying to utilize the summary version of sales TurboTax will consistently alarm you that you have to ensure your cost basis is right and gets stuck in a loop. Unfortunately you have to manually input ALL of your individual sales if you want to advance and submit your returns.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Had trouble connecting Quickbooks to TurboTax Had a HUGE trouble connecting QB to Turbotax. Nobody know anything what the problem was. Nobody was able to tell the reason. There was no Tax Checklist on my QB account and no button / opportunity to export data to TurboTax. I've tried EVERYTHING from the articles (clear cache, cookies, open incognito browser etc..). but nothing works. I've spent the whole day today trying to export to turbotax self employed, and all in vain. QB support team is not operating on the weekend, whereas Turbotax support has no clue what's going. First of all, who was responsible for this bug / technical glitch / absence of this option to export data to Turbotax? Whose fault was that? Did someone overlook it or what? Second, if I ever encounter this problem again - what do I do? Do I have to start this chat again and again ask for help? I already spent 20 minutes on this chat and I have no desire to go through all this again to make the basic thing on QB work (and I pay premium for my QB account) Third, if I go to my QB account now, I still don't see Tax Checklist there and no hint that I can anyhow connect it to Turbotax or export anything to Turbotax. Why? I'm paying for the bundle. I was told they two should be connected. That's the only reason I decided to get Intuit products because it's promoted everywhere that I can easily move data from AB to Turbotax. While in fact, it's simply not true! I want answers to all these questions please. In 8 years of work with Intuit I never encountered such a problem with connectivity. I Don't know what happened now, and I want to find out. I spent my weekend on this with absolutely no result and no success, and I want to know why the product I'm paying for was broken and why did I have to waste my time on this. Who was responsible for this?
