Rated 5 out of 5 by from it was really easy and fast Every thing was easy and accessible. When i needed help there was a link to help explain the topic a little better. This helped me especially when it came to the tax forms.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Highly deceptive FORCED upgrade Using the "Live" Version of the application - I needed to submit 1099 - DIV and B. The application connected with my bank and loaded the forms and data. The refund was adjusted significantly - possibly correctly. The 1099 B was flagged as needing review. In order to review I was FORCED to upgrade ($169 - >$200 after taxes) to Live Premier. I could not edit, review, or remove that item. All other items that are added manually or systematically can be reviewed or removed. This is deceptive and not transparent at all. The application should not have loaded the form without informing me that it would require an upgrade review and file. Live assistant was not helpful and suggested that I go elsewhere If I didn't like it OR start over completely. Also acknowledged that it was a "Trap".

Rated 4 out of 5 by from did the job There was more fees than I expected and there was one part that was extremely tedious and unnecessary. I had to "review" about 50 tiny transactions from some crypto rewards I earned that pretty much amounted to nothing and the process took about an hour to review, what a waste of my time. But overall, turbo tax was cheaper than hiring an accountant and i feel like i got the refund i expected.
