Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax has seen better days Desktop Version- operates like a terminally ill hospital patient with nobody checking on them. Completey abandoned by TurboTax. TurboTax online-Serious bug/flaw-could not delete a deduction/work expense section when added an amount in by mistake. Had to leave it there after spending hours on it and also having TurboTax support people take a look sharing my computer screen. SHAME ON YOU INTUIT. YOUR GOOD DAYS ARE IN THE REAR VIEW MIRROR

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I hate paying for tax prep, but if I must... TurboTax is an excellent option. Things were just a *little* too confusing this year to do my own, so I used TurboTax. I was annoyed that I couldn't use the free version, as I had a dependent child care account that I needed to claim, and the free version would not allow that. Of course TurboTax doesn't tell you that until you've entered *all* your information and dedicated time and energy to the process (insert eye roll here). But other than that, I was pleased with the ease of it.
