Rated 4 out of 5 by from Wine Sourcing Manager Turbo Tax was great this year. Picked up where I left off and super easy to file with standard deduction. Just did not get to choose package from the start so filed bases on Premier.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Easy to Use Turbo Tax is easy to use and very user friendly. I like the design that allow me to review what I entered and be able to make modification at any time. Also, I like the number showing side by side with last year filing. It help to make sure that I do not forget any items that were applied to me last year.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Issues with live accountant We had issues with our live accountant as she was one of the ones who lost electricity due to the storm. That delayed us 3 days. We were understanding but after that it went downhill. She wouldn’t communicate with us for days then come back. She also told us she had signed off and filed our taxes, however that was a lie. After 5 days we had to contact customer services to figure out what was going on because once again she wasn’t answering Our question as to why she told us she filed but didn’t. Customer service representative was great in getting his supervisor to contact her supervisor and she finally filed the next day.
