Rated 2 out of 5 by from Messed up my state return due to "software errors" Also, unable to finish my daughter's return due to a "fix error" on her 3895 form (there is no error). Now it won't let me off of the screen and I cannot finish filing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Couldn't file without TurboTax! Last year was a year of changes for us. It was my first full year of retirement and we moved to a different state. Turbotax made filing returns for two different states as painless as possible. I've been using TurboTax for decades and I honestly don't think I could file my taxes without it!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy to use but some disapointments Data input was very easy. E-transfer from my banks and brokerage was seamless. Disappointed that there is $20 charge for state e-file. It pretty much wiped out the discount I received from buying from Target. Seems like a marketing ploy to buy direct from Intuit. If I had purchased directly from Intuit the charge would go away?? Tricky, tricky.
