Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very easy to use, and assistance was at the ready. It was very easy to use, and pretty much walks you through the entire process. I also had a live chat for additional help, and that helped to resolve my one issue. Highly recommend. But I do believe I was charged for the higher fee due to my own error.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Alright process I have used Turbo Tax for a long time. It gets the job done fairly quickly. I just think the price is awfully high, nearly what you would pay for a face to face sit down with an expert, but without the real advice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use and helpful I've used turbo tax for several years, in highschool my friends mom helped show me how to do taxes easily in it and I've used it ever since. I've had lots of life events, getting married, having kids, job changes, etc and it's been nice to have all my information over the years saved and accessible. The ability to chat with questions has also been a great tool.
