Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super fast, and actually FREE I have been using Turbo Tax for several years and I have never been disappointed. It is very fast and easy. They explain EVERYTHING as you go. MOST Amazing of all? ~ It was actually free. So, have no fear! Dive right in and let them help you get it OVER WITH!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was great. I worked with three tax experts, one with live chat and two over the phone. All three were excellent and patient. Very professional. The last tax expert was able to finally solve the problem which was an error on one of my forms.

I file every year with Turbotax and I think it is a good experience, but I feel in some places it could be a little more detailed and in others it could be a little more simplified. Sometimes you need more data than they give and sometimes they make it more complicated than it needs to be. For easier situations I am sure they do it well, but for itemizations and rental properties, it is not crystal clear what is going where and why?
