Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo-Tax made me cry I HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR 6 YEARS. Never had a problem until today. It took me 6 hours to do my taxes today, and I talked to four different employees & half of them didn't know what they were talking about. Once someone finally helped me understand why I had to pay for this service ( which I have never had to pay for before) we hung and then it ended up being DOUBLE the price. I have always told all my friends to use turbo tax and and now I will rethink that choice.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Glitch I kept receiving an error message at the very end of my filing. Everything looked right and was even confirmed by TurboTax. The issue was that I was not given the option to pay the full $80 to file for both state and federal. I was forced to delete my state entry, redo it and repay as well. After paying $40 twice on 2 separate occasions I was finally able to E-file. This is an obvious glitch with TurboTax and should be looked into ASAP.
