Rated 1 out of 5 by from Multiple issues, still not filed 3 weeks later... My worst experience with taxes. I have very straightforward circumstances. The information requested was all at hand but there were problems with the forms rejecting my amounts. Two calls did not solve my problems. Eventually the form was accepted and sent off. Then I got an email that it was rejected. Now I’m 3 weeks into the process and the site tells me I may have to print and Mail my forms. I just want a refund so I can do it myself. I don’t trust the app anymore.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tthe free live help is a big help I got stuck and got very frustrated right at the end of trying to file my tax's and with the help with a free agent on the behalf of turbotax, I was able to get the help I needed to get my full refund done right. Thank you Turbotax
