My W-2 Box 12a and 12b have codes D and AA each with certain contribution. Are these amounts to be entered under the section "Do You Have an IRA" for the year 2007. My contributions were to the plans offered by my employer.

No, ONLY enter them in boxes 12a & b of your W-2.

Code D - "401K contributions"
Code AA ? ?Designated Roth contributions to a 401(k) plan?
