Schedule D Capital Gain Worksheet Line 16 (Multiple Lot Purchase) not flowing to master Worksheet

I have been trying to document the sale of stock in 2007. Using the Capital Gain Transaction worksheet, I can routinely enter the sale dates of the securities. But I am trying to use the Multiple Lots Worksheet (line 16). None of the information I put there flows back to either the master worksheet, or to the master Schedule D in my file.

Is this a bug, or am I missing a box or checkmark somewhere?

You have not entered enough shares purchased to account for your shares sold. Check your error messages. One of the messages will tell you how many shares short you are.

Shares are accurate, and there are no errors showing. The acquisition info is just not flowing through. Now, the information asked for in line 10 is just the gross sales price...there's no line for number of shares. Is there someplace else to enter that information?

Without seeing your entries it is tough to solve this. Did you enter the number of shares on line 3 of Part II of the "Capital Gain (Loss) Transaction Worksheet"? Without that entry the Multiple Lots Worksheet cannot do its computations.
