turbo tax says still processing, IRS website say if no error found I can expect a refund by 2/5/07. I did have a misspelling of my childs name but, 1st filing was rejected. Not sure which site has the most accurate info since it was reject before.

I initally filed on Wednesday, rejected on Thursday Morning, resubmitted on Thursday morning.

Same thing happened to me, I filed my return and for over three days TurboTax said my return was still pending but the IRS site said they received my return and if no errors etc that I can expect a refund Feb 5, I finally did get confirmation from TT that my return was accepted on the same day I sent it in.

Anyway go with what the IRS site is telling you, they do have your return and most likely your refund will be in your account Feb 1st, the IRS adds two business days to their refund cycle date in case it takes your bank a day or two to process the deposit.

I efiled on Wed. too and got a rejection the same day. I resubmitted the next day Thursay and TT still says pending. The IRS site says they cant give me no info.

I have a similar situation. My return was rejected about 6 hours after the first submission because of an W2 typo. I fixed the return and re-submitted the return. My email says it has been received, but there is no update and it's been over 48 hours. If I click on the link to check the status, it takes me to the previous "rejected" page-- with the time stamp from my original submission. I hope to find an answer here.
