how can I claim my disabled mother as a dependant? Do i get the earned income credit or what do I get? I did provide over 1/2 support for her

It sounds like you may be able to claim your mother as your dependent, but I don't have enough information to know for sure. Go to the Personal info tab and scroll down to the "About your Dependents" area. Click on the edit button. You should see a "Guide me" button. Click on that button and TT will ask you a series of questions to see if you can claim your mom.

Your mom can't qualify you for the earned income credit. The qualifying person for EIC cannot be in a generation before yours. They can be your brother, sister, neice, nephew, son, daughter... But not your parent, grandparent, Aunt or Uncle.
