Can I claim my 19 year old daughter as a dependent and she claim herlsef as well?

She is 19 years old, a full time and student living at home. She is filing her own taxes this year since she earned $10,100 in wages. Can I claim her as a dependent and she claim herself as well?

You both cannot claim her. It appears that you can. She should mark the box on her return that says that someone else can claim her as a dependent on their return.

I'm confused. The first sentence reads "We cannot both claim her", yet the second sentence reads, "It appears that I can".

Let's try this again. You appear to be entitled to claim your daughter as a dependent. If you can, she can't.
