Error 9127 occurs if your computer does not have enough memory to update TurboTax:

You may not have enough memory for your Internet client object pointer to function. Please shut down other programs to free some memory and try again.

Close open windows or programs by following the steps below. Then try to update TurboTax.

Press the Ctrl+Alt+Delete keys simultaneously.
In the Windows Security window, select Task Manager.
In the Windows Task Manager window, select Applications.
Select the window or program to close, and then click End Task.
Repeat the preceding step for each window or program to close.

Still can't update?

If you still can't update TurboTax, order the free update CD.

Important: If you order an update CD after April 1, 2008, we cannot guarantee your CD will arrive by April 15. If you require an update CD after April 1, we recommend either filing an extension or using TurboTax Online (which is always up to date).
