TurboTax Buttons Don't Show in Firefox Browser

If you are using TurboTax Online with the Firefox browser and you can't see the Continue or Back button, you need to change a setting in your Firefox browser. Here's how:

  1. In the address bar of your Firefox browser screen, type about:config and press Enter. This displays the Firefox configuration screen.
  2. In the Filter box, type dom.
  3. If the dom.disable_image_scr_set setting is set to True, then double-click the field to change it to False.
  4. Restart FireFox and return to TurboTax Online. You should be able to see the buttons now.
