"Your Order Can't Be Processed Now" or Error (25308) in TurboTax Online
The following message appears when attempting to e-file in TurboTax Online. Here's the complete message:
Your Order Can't Be Processed Now
Please try again later.
We're sorry. We can't process your payment information right now. Please try again later.
When attempting to print your tax return, you may see the following error message:
An error has occurred in TurboTax (25308)
We're sorry. There has been an error. However, this situation hasn't affected the data on your tax return.To pick up where you left off, log in again and we'll take you right back to the last page you were working on.

How to clear the error and file your return
Try these steps to clear the error message that you are seeing in the TurboTax program:
- Log on to your TurboTax Online account.
- Select the Personal Info tab.
- Select About You.
- Press the Continue button until you reach the Enter Your Personal Information Interview screen.
- Change the following personal information to some fictitious information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Birth Date
- Soc. Sec. No.

- Press the Continue button until you reach the Enter Mailing Address and Home Phone Interview screen.
- Change the following information to some fictitious information as well:
- Zip Code
- Home Phone

- Press the Continue button until you reach the Enter Your Occupation and Work Phone Interview screen.
- Change the "Work (Daytime) Phone" box to a fictitious telephone number.
- Select the Print & File tab and then press the Continue button in the TurboTax until you reach an Interview screen that asks you to enter payment for your TurboTax fees.
- Repeat Steps 2 through 9, then enter the correct personal information in your tax return.
- Repeat Step 10 and then e-file your tax return.
