Font Settings Cause Download Problems (Missing Continue Button)
When you download your state, error 22745 may occur or the Continue button may be missing if your Internet browser settings ignore font styles and sizes on Web pages.
You can temporarily change your browser's font settings so the Continue button is displayed. Then you can download your state.
If you choose to change your browser's font settings, select how:
To change your browser's font settings, you run a download file. The download creates a backup of your browser's current font settings, and then changes the settings. After you download your state, you run the backup file to change your browser's font settings back.
Follow these steps:
- To change your browser's font settings:
- Save the Accessibility.bat file on your desktop.
- Double-click the Accessibility.bat file on your desktop.

- Download your state in TurboTax.
- To change your browser's font settings back:
- Double-click the Accessibility Backup.reg file on your desktop.

- When prompted about adding the backed up settings to your registry, click Yes.
- When your system confirms the settings have been added, click OK.
- Double-click the Accessibility Backup.reg file on your desktop.
Note: You can delete the Accessibility.bat and Accessibility Backup.reg files when you're through.
Follow these steps:
- To change your browser's font settings:
- In Internet Explorer, select Internet Options on the Tools menu.
- In the Internet Options window, click Accessibility on the General tab.
- In the Accessibility window, clear the Ignore font styles specified on Web pages and the Ignore font sizes specified on Web pages checkboxes.

- Click OK to close the Accessibility window.
- Click OK to close the Internet Options window.
- Download your state in TurboTax.
- To change your browser's font settings back, repeat the steps above to select the checkboxes.
