Some customers trying to electronically import their investment information from their Merrill Lynch Online account have reported receiving this error message:

Response from Merrill Lynch: Customer is up to date

Possible Cause and Solution

Using a temporary or outdated login for your Merrill Lynch Online account may be causing the problem.

If you receive this message, contact Merrill Lynch directly to set up or reset your Merrill Lynch Online user ID and/or password.
