Not sure about how and where to enter your information in TurboTax? You can:
- Have the program enter information for you: TurboTax will automatically transfer your data from last year's tax return file and/or import information from financial software or financial institutions.
- Tell TurboTax what changes occurred in your life last year, and the program's Interview will walk you through completing the right worksheets, forms, and schedules.
- Search by topic and/or search for a specific form if you missed something, or you just want to go to the exact place in TurboTax to input your data manually.
- Check out TurboTax Live Community for help from other TurboTax users, tax experts, and TurboTax employees. Chances are someone has a solution or can point you in the right direction.
- Speak to a live tax professional -- through our Live Tax Advice service -- who can tell you where to enter your information. (Additional fees apply.)
