Did Not Receive E-filing Status E-mail

Here are a few reasons why you might not have received an e-mail indicating whether your e-filed returns were accepted or rejected:

Spam Filter
Your spam filter is blocking the e-mail. Try adding the following to your e-mail safe senders list. The process to do this varies depending on your e-mail program and your spam filter:
  • ElectronicFilingService@intuit.com
  • Sbbtral.com
Status already checked You already checked your status from within TurboTax. If you check your e-filing status through the program, we don't send an e-mail.
E-mail address not provided You didn't provide your e-mail address, or it was entered incorrectly when you completed the e-filing section of TurboTax.
Tax Return not transmitted You have not transmitted your return yet. If you haven't transmitted your return, you will not receive an e-mail telling you the status of your return.
