Connectivity Errors (Mac)

Connectivity errors can prevent your TurboTax program from connecting to the Internet to complete tasks, such as updating forms or filing electronically.

Perform these procedures to verify your computer allows TurboTax to connect to the Internet:

  1. Check your router (if applicable).
  2. Temporarily disable your firewall and virus-detection software.
    Note: After downloading the TurboTax desktop product, be sure to enable your firewall and virus-detection software.
