To resolve the issue, follow these steps, and then try to use the TurboTax feature:

  1. Close all windows and programs.
  2. Restore your Internet Explorer default settings:
    • Open Internet Explorer.
    • From the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
    • Select the Advanced Tab, click the Restore Defaults button, and then click OK.
