Error 67305879 occurs when attempting to access an online feature in TurboTax, such as updating the product or electronic filing. 

 

  • If your computer is on a local network that uses a proxy server (that is, if you must enter a username and password to access the Internet), your request is not being authenticated quickly enough by the proxy server. A slow response from the proxy server may be caused by hardware limitations or if a number other users are simultaneously attempting to access the Internet. in this situation, try accessing the TurboTax feature at a later time.
  • If your Internet connection is not properly set up to use an Internet Service Provider's (ISP) proxy service, this error may also occur. To resolve, contact your ISP to determine whether a proxy service is in use, and if so, how to properly configure your Internet connection to use the service.
