Error 67305876 may occur when you use a TurboTax feature (e.g., One-click Updates) that accesses the Internet:

HTTP: object not found
Error 67305876: We're sorry, but the application could not find an item on the server that it needs. Try again now, or wait and try again later.

The error might be caused by your router settings or by a problem with Internet Explorer.

To resolve the issue, follow the steps below, and then try to use the TurboTax feature:

Note: If the error occurred when using One-click Updates, you can update TurboTax manually or order the update CD.

If you use a home router, ensure it allows full and unrestricted Internet access. See Check Your Home Router.
Update your version of Internet Explorer.
- Exit TurboTax and close all open programs.
- Click the appropriate link:
  - For Windows 2000, download and install the Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 update.
  - For Windows XP, download and install Internet Explorer 6 or higher.
  - For Windows Vista, download and install Internet Explorer 7.
- Restart your computer.
