Access and navigate TurboTax Online more easily by allowing Javascript.

Important: Be sure your system meets minimum requirements for TurboTax Online 2008

 

Select your browser, and then follow the steps below.

Internet Explorer

Follow these steps:

  1. On the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
  2. Click the Security tab.
  3. Under Zone, click Internet.
  4. Click Custom Level.
  5. Scroll down to Scripting, and under Active Scripting, select Enable.
  6. Click OK.

Follow these steps:

  1. On the Tools menu, select Options. (In Mac, select Preferences on the Firefox menu.)
  2. Click the Content tab.
  3. Select Enable JavaScript.
  4. Click OK.

Follow these steps:

  1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
  2. Click the Site Control icon.
  3. Under Web Features, select Enable JavaScript.
