Help your TurboTax software access our Web site more easily by allowing your browser to accept cookies and pop-up windows.

Select your browser, and then follow the steps below.
Important: Be sure your browser meets the minimum requirements for your version of TurboTax. For TurboTax 2007 requirements, click here.
- Internet Explorer 6.x and 7.x

- Netscape 8.x
Internet Explorer 6.x and 7.x
Follow these steps:
- On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
- Click the Privacy tab.
- Under Settings, move the slider to Medium.
- Under Pop-up Blocker, clear the Block pop-ups field.
- Click OK.
Firefox 1.x
Follow these steps:
- On the Tools menu, click Options.
- On the Options window, click Privacy.
- Click Cookies, and then select Allow sites to set cookies.
- On the Options window, click Web Features, and then clear the Block Popup Windows field.
- Click OK.
Firefox 2.x
Follow these steps:
- On the Tools menu, click Options.
- On the Options window, select the Privacy icon.
- Select Accept cookies from sites, and then click OK.
- On the Options window, select the Content icon.
- Clear the Block Popup Windows field, and then click OK.
Netscape 7.x
Follow these steps:
- On the Edit menu, click Preferences.
- In the left pane, click Privacy & Security to expand the list (if necessary).
- Click Cookies, and then select Enable all cookies.
- Click Popup Window Controls, and then select Allow popups.
- Click OK.
Netscape 8.x
Follow these steps:
- On the Tools menu, click Options.
- Click the Site Control icon.
- Click the Site List tab.
- Under Web Features, select Allow Pop-up Windows and Allow cookies.
- Click OK.
