What Is "My Account"?
You can create an online account - called My Account - to manage your order information for all Intuit products, including TurboTax, Quicken, and QuickBooks. With My Account, you can:
- Check out quickly.
- Track your orders.
- Access your product download files.
- Maintain your address and credit card information.
- Manage your TurboTax Automatic Renewal enrollment.
- Access your prior return in the TurboTax vault (TurboTax Online).
Click a link below:
- Click here to access the Account Setup page.
- Enter your billing, shipping, and account information.
- Click Create Account (at the bottom of the page).
- When the Account Confirmation page appears, click Continue.
- Click here to access the Sign In to My Account page.
- Click View/Edit Account.
- Type your user ID and password, and then click Sign In.
- Click here to access the Sign In to My Account page.
- Click View/Edit Account.
- Type your user ID and password, and then click Sign In.
If you can access your account follow these instructions:
- Click here to access the Sign In to My Account page.
- Click View/Edit Account.
- Type your user ID and password, and then click Sign In.
- Now update the E-mail field under Account Information and click Save Changes at the bottom of the screen.
If you cannot access your account follow these instructions:
Go to the E-mail Change Request screen and be ready to provide the following:
- TurboTax Online User ID
- Old e-mail address
- New e-mail address
- Mailing address
- Daytime phone number
- One of the following via fax or digital scan:
- Driver's License
- Passport
- Military ID
- Notarized document with your name and address.
You will receive an e-mail verification when the e-mail address associated with your TurboTax Online account has been changed. (If you do not receive the e-mail within 24 hours, please contact us.)
