Uninstall TurboTax and return it for a full refund of the purchase price. Please include:

  • A written request for refund, including your name, address, and daytime phone number
  • Your receipt dated within 60 days of your refund request (keep a copy for your records)
  • Any workbooks or manuals packaged with your purchase
