Cancelling or refunding TurboTax Advantage (automatic renewal) enrollment and order

Important: As of October 23, your TurboTax product order has been processed for shipment. To obtain a refund, please wait until you receive the product and follow the instructions in the TurboTax Satisfaction Guarantee.
 

 

To cancel your enrollment and 2009 product order

To cancel your TurboTax Advantage enrollment and your TurboTax product order (before October 23), follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your TurboTax Advantage account.    
  2. Under Products in Your Current Subscription, click on Remove TurboTax. After you have removed all of your product choices, your automatic renewal subscription will be canceled automatically.turbotax_advantage_remove_turbotax

 

 

What if I canceled my enrollment accidentally?

If you accidentally cancel your enrollment, you can easily subscribe to TurboTax Advantage again. Click here for information on enrolling in TurboTax Advantage.

After November 1, your automatic renewal enrollment will apply to next year. To get this year's TurboTax product, you must place a separate order.
