How to Update Your TurboTax Advantage (Automatic Renewal) Account & Credit Card Info

Here's how to update your auto renewal payment info, contact info, and/or product choices.

Update Credit Card Info

To update your credit card information, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your TurboTax Advantage account.
  2. Under My Account, click on the Credit Card link.
    3. turbotax_advantage_my_account
  3. View and edit your credit card information.
    4. turbotax_advantage_view_edit_credit_card
  4. Click Update Credit Card Info to update your account.

Update Billing and Shipping Address

To update your billing and shipping address, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your TurboTax Advantage account.    
  2. Under My Account, click on the Billing/Shipping Address link.
    3. turbotax_advantage_my_account_billing_address
  3. View and edit your address information. Make sure that complete information has been entered in all 7 fields.
    4. turbotax_advantage_view_edit_address
  4. Click on the orange Save Changes button.
Note: If your Shipping and Billing addresses are different, you must edit each address individually. Please check each address to make sure it is current.

Update Your Product Choice

To update your TurboTax product choice, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your TurboTax Advantage account.    
  2. Under Products in Your Subscription, click on any of these links:
    • Change Product
    • Change Quantity
    • Switch to Download
    • Remove TurboTax
    For example, if you wish to change your product, click on the Change Product link then select your product. The pop-up window will automatically close and your new product choice will appear on your subscription. turbotax_advantage_change_product_choice_in_existing_subscription

 

Note: If you have not yet chosen a product, click on a blue Subscribe button to add a product to your subscription.
