In the Homebuyer Credit area of the interview,

If you select you purchased the home in 2008, and continue through the interview to enter 2008 Homebuyer Credit repayment information.

The following interview screen would incorrectly generate indicating the home was bought in 2011

This incorrect interview screen would not provide an option to enter 2008 Homebuyer Credit repayment information.

Solution:

This issue has been resolved in a TurboTax update that was released on 1/17/2013.
