When prompted to enter information on Form 8862 while completing the Earned Income Credit area of the interview,

There was an issue with entering dates on Part II, Line 5 of Form 8862 for TurboTax Online.

An invalid MM/DD date message appeared even when a correct date format was entered in the program.

Solution:

This issue has been resolved in a TurboTax update that was released on 1/3/2013.
